Our heat pillows are the perfect remedy to relieve the stress of our busy lives, ease tension, body aches & pains or simply providing warmth & comfort. They are equally as therapeutic when heated or cooled in the refrigerator. Our heat pillows are filled with a soothing blend of locally sourced barley and lavender.

Directions for use: Place your heat pillow in the microwave, ensuring turntable is clean. Heat on high for 1 minute, turning half way through to prevent hot spots. If further heating is required, repeat in 20 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Do not heat for more than 2 minutes continuously.
Not suitable for use in flatbed microwaves.
To use as a cooling pillow, place in refrigerator until desired temperature is reached.
