Directions for use: Place your heat pillow in the microwave, ensuring turntable is clean. Heat on high for 1 minute, turning halfway through to prevent hot spots. If further heating is required, repeat in 20 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Do not heat for more than 2 minutes continuously.
Not suitable for use in flatbed microwaves.
To use as a cooling pillow, place in refrigerator until desired temperature is reached.

The Best!

I’ve been buying the Tonic heat pads for years. My daughter and we cannot live without them. I’ve tried other brands but nothing compares to these. Beautifully made with pretty fabric choices. When heated they smell lovely and retain their heat for ages. The best heating pads.
